Terms of Service

• ISSUES: If there are any issues with your order, please firstly refer to the Help section at the top of this page for guidance. Please give us a chance to address any problems before submitting a review. We want you to have an excellent experience!

• RETURNS: If the item is personalised in any way, we will not be able to accept a return. If it is non-personalised, you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, in its unopened, original packaging. We do not cover the return postage fees. Please refer to the Help section at the top of this page for guidance.

• DELAYS: A full refund or replacement may be granted only if an item is more than 10 working days late (UK) or 20 working days late (International). We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or regional strikes that are outside of our control. Postage times during Christmas and postage/transportation strikes may be considerably longer than shown. Please keep this in mind before purchasing. Refer to the Help section at the top of this page for guidance on shipping times and costs.

• PRIVACY: We may e-mail you to ask you to submit a review of your order. We will only do this if you agreed to this when you made your order. We may e-mail you with our newsletter which details new products, offers, as well as our latest blogs and tutorials. We will only do this if you agreed to this when you made your order or signed up to the newsletter via our website. Our full Privacy Policy can be found here. You will receive e-mails from us i) with your order and shipping details, ii) to invite you to submit a review of your purchase and iii) to remind you that did not complete a purchase if you abandoned a cart. You will only get newsletter/marketing e-mails from us if you opt in.

• Wood grain and colouring may vary slightly as wood is a natural product. Knots and blemishes may appear on your product. We use high quality materials that are very consistent, but please bear this in mind.

• Epoxy resin fills are unique to each item we produce. On close inspection, transparent resins might include small bubbles, and the dye pigments sometimes penetrate into the wood grain. Neither issue is noticeable when hung in a window or displayed as intended. Mica fills may show a different pattern to what you see in the photographs, but we try to be consistent with our production. These are normal factors for resin fills we would not accept returns for such minor issues. Please bear this in mind when ordering.

• All of our materials are from eco-friendly / sustainable sources where possible. Woods are from FSC certified sources. You may even find some reused cardboard in the packaging of your product (if you look closely!). All of our products are vegan friendly. You can read more about sustainability in our Help section.

• Phototography props such as plants, tables, ceramic ornaments or related products in a range are not included in your order. Only the items clearly described in the text of the listing will be included.

• For corporate or larger quantities, please get in touch as we may be able to offer discounts and customised designs and fonts.
