We hate it when you get stung on postage charges at the checkout when you shop online. For that reason, we have included free tracked postage for UK customers. UK customers can upgrade to faster postage if you are in a hurry. Here are the prices you will see when you checkout:

Please allow time for customs delays or regional strikes
Please contact us before you order if you wish to use a courier service like UPS, FedEx, DHL or DPD. We will arrange a quote for delivery with expected delivery dates if you provide us with your address and the items you wish to order. We reply to messages the day we receive them.
Packaging
We are an eco-friendly company and send items in eco-friendly packaging wherever possible. We typically reuse carboard and brown paper to package our products. See the product photos for examples of our packaging. We do not use single use plastic packaging bags or tape. We may use an outer bag for some gift orders, which is made from recycled plastic and can be recycled again after use.
Order Processing
• We typically process orders the next working day and they are in the post the morning after that. We will amend the listing or contact you directly if busy periods lead to longer processing times.
• The spelling and grammar for your engravings and gift messages is your responsibility, please double-check before ordering as we engrave/print your exact message. We will of course contact you before processing if we spot any clear errors.
• Please carefully check the product images and ensure you’re happy with the design elements and any text fonts used before ordering.
• We can send a free proof image of your engraving layout upon request – please allow extra time for order processing if you require a proof. You must e-mail us directly to use this service
